Harissa is a classic Arabic semolina cake that is baked to a soft, moist and slightly grainy texture. Our pistachio version is extra luxurious – it is topped with a generous amount of crushed pistachios that add color, crunch and an elegant nutty flavor. After baking, the cake is soaked in an aromatic syrup that makes it perfectly sweet and moist.
