Vintera.se is headquartered in Jönköping.

2. Order

When you make a purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to your specified email address.
The confirmation contains all information about the order – product(s), price, billing and delivery address.
If something is wrong with the order confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible via email: vintera.se@outlook.com


3. Delivery

Our usual delivery time is 5–7 working days .
Orders placed during weekends will be processed the following Monday at the earliest.
If a delay occurs without you being notified, please contact us at vintera.se@outlook.com


4. Prices

All prices are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include 25% VAT .
We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of, for example, changes from the supplier, printing errors or incorrect information.


5. Right of withdrawal

By law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the goods.

For the right of withdrawal to apply, the following requirements must be met:

  • The product must not have been used.

  • The original packaging must be unbroken.

  • The product must be returned within 14 days after you notify us.

Notify us of your right of withdrawal by contacting us at vintera.se@outlook.com .
Please include the following in your message:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Contact details

  • Which product(s) you want to return

Note:

  • You as the customer are responsible for return shipping.

  • We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping.

  • We will deduct any loss in value if the product is not returned in new condition.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products with broken seals for hygiene or health reasons

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Services that have already been completed with your consent


6. Complaints

We check all products before delivery.
If your product is damaged or faulty when you receive it, please contact us immediately via vintera.se@outlook.com .

How to complain:

Send an email with the following information:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Email address

  • Order number

  • Clear description of the error (preferably with a picture)

If the complaint is approved, we will cover the return shipping or compensate you according to applicable consumer law.
We always follow guidelines from the Swedish National Board of Consumer Complaints (ARN) – arn.se.


7. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages, delivery delays or other problems beyond our control (e.g. force majeure, war, government decisions, strikes or technical failures).


8. Product information

We reserve the right for any printing errors and final sales.
Color differences may occur depending on screen, light and photo quality.
We do our best to represent the products as accurately as possible.
