Are there any shipping costs?

Shipping cost:

You only pay a flat fee regardless of order size. The cost is automatically added to your checkout before you complete your purchase.

When will I receive my order?

You can expect to receive your package within 3-5 business days from the time of ordering.

We strive to ensure fast and smooth delivery to give you the most convenient shopping experience possible. Your package will be delivered to the address you provided when ordering.

Can I return my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on your order. 💛

Because our products are food, we cannot accept returns once packaging has left the store, to ensure the highest quality and safety for all customers.

Can I track my order?

Of course! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email .

The email is automatically sent to the email address you provided when purchasing and contains all the information you need to track your delivery.

If you can't find the email, check your spam folder - or contact us at vintera.se@outlook.com and we'll help you.

What happens if my product breaks?

We carefully check all products before we send them out, so we are sure that they are of good quality.

Do you ship outside Sweden?

Yes! We ship to all of Europe .

What happens if I don't pick up my package?

Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee of 199k r to cover return and handling costs.

Will I receive a notification when the package arrives?

Yes, you will receive one from the shipping company when your package is ready for pickup.



Can I change the delivery address after I have placed an order?

Contact us as soon as possible! If we haven't had time to send the package, we can help you update the address.

Can I choose the delivery location?

In some cases, yes. It depends on the shipping company. Otherwise, the package will automatically be sent to the nearest agent.
